Baking for Good: 10% of net proceeds will be donated to Equal Justice Initiative, a nonprofit organization that provides legal representation for those who have been mistreated by the justice system. EJI works with marginalized communities and challenges racial inequality by not only supplying legal help, but also by educating others. I first heard of the Equal Justice Initiative when I saw the movie, Just Mercy, and was inspired by Bryan Stevenson's story. I choose to support Equal Justice Initiative to fight against racial inequality and work towards a better America.
